General terms and conditions

Terms and conditions may vary according to your specific requirements, project size or preferred deadline, but payment for any translation, editing, proofreading, interpreter or DTP services is required upfront after acceptance of our quotation. Completion timeframes will be stated in standard business days, which excludes weekends and Thai public holidays, and will be counted from the date payment is successfully made by whichever means, and not counted from the date of the initial inquiry.

Refund policy

We always strive to deliver the most accurate and appropriate translations. Any errors or oversights you highlight will be promptly corrected free of charge. If there is still some substantive fault or issue with the translation that can be demonstrably proven, you have a 7-day grace period to contact us and detail the areas of dispute for a partial or full refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis by management. If a partial or full refund is then approved, the translated document shall not be used in any way. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment, except for cash payments which will be refunded via bank transfer.

Privacy policy

Any information you send to us will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the service requested and addressing any communications or issues from you. All client information is kept in the strictest confidence, securely archived and never shared with any outside party without your expressed consent, excluding cases of fraud or illicit acts where co-operation from law enforcement and judicial systems is required. Furthermore, for extra peace of mind, any and all files and information related to your translation request or project can completely destroyed upon your request. We will also sign and comply with any Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality Agreements that may be required before reviewing files for a quotation or after a quotation is accepted.
